Sony Reveals The NWZ-X1000 Walkman
There was a time when the Walkman dominated portable tape players. Now, Sony wants this generation to know about the name with the NWZ-X1000 Walkman. Its touchscreen places it in direct competition with the iPod Touch, the current brand leader.
The NWZ-X1000 features a 3-inch OLED display, Wi-Fi, built-in noise cancellation for headphones and is available in 16gb or 32gb. You’ll notice that the paint job isn’t too shabby either, though I suspect that it may not appeal to everyone. Other features and details are unavailable at the moment, so we’ll have to wait until Sony releases more information. For now, watch the clip and decide for yourself if Sony has a potential winner in its hands.
