Sony Hana Confuses Own Model

Sony recently unveiled the Hana, an audio prototype that’s a cross between a music player and a lamp. “Hana” is Japanese for flower, and I just can’t stop myself from thinking “I see what you did there“. Do you think this device will ever see mass production? Can you imagine having it in your house? It would probably fit in if you’ve got an eco-themed home though.

Since it’s only a prototype, product specs are non-existent. Like I said, it’s a lamp and a music player with built-in speakers. The design is leaving me as as bewildered as the model in the picture.
