ReWalk Lets Paraplegic Walk Again After 20 Years

Here’s a video of ReWalk, an exoskeleton designed to help people walk. Here’s a video of a man who has been unable to do so for the past 20 years. Watch how ReWalk gives him that ability back.

While the device still requires the use of crutches to stabilize him while standing, his legs appear to be functional, allowing him to not only walk, but also drive and climb stairs. If ReWalk works as advertised, then its claim to be life-changing will be an understatement to paraplegics everywhere.
