Next Generation Ipod Nano Goes Even Smaller

nano-render2.jpg

The iPod Nano is supposed to be the smallest iPod due to its name. Yes, the Shuffle’s smaller, but it doesn’t have a screen so it doesn’t count. With that said, if you compare the Nano with some of the newer portable MP3 players, you’ll find out that there’s very little that’s still “nano” about it.

Gizmodo found a few shots of a new Nano model that’s coming out, which were eventually taken down on Apple’s request. They created their own version of it a few hours later and came up with the picture above, complete with a brief description of what they thought about it.

If this is going to be the final version, it had better make up for its looks by adding new features.
