Microsoft Surface Coordinates Security For The Super Bowl

Microsoft Surface isn’t anything new by now, but I’m sure that some of you are still looking for practical uses for it. We’ve already seen what BMW does with it, but how about a few more real-life examples? Look no further than the Super Bowl, folks. It looks like Microsoft’s glorified table is taking new steps in beefing up security for the event.

Surface is being used as a command center. It’s handling coordination of security forces with all the seriousness of a battle station. Maps, communications and personnel are all integrated into the machine for quick response and action. So now we know that the Surface can be used by both the automobile and security industry. I wonder what’s next.
