Learning Through Mobile Interaction

promethean_activexpression.jpg

It isn’t uncommon for classrooms, forum discussions and seminars to prohibit the use of mobiles during events. Aside from possibly disrupting electronic equipment, a single ring can cause an annoying interruption. UK-based company Promethean wants to change that by presenting a cellphone-like device that’s supposed to liven up a discussion. The Activexpression looks like a mobile with too many buttons, but that’s because it wants to provide its users with a versatile interface that’s capable of adapting to any educational environment.

Not all questions demand a black and white answer. In fact, many demand more than just a simple yes or no. It’s the reason why we’ve created Activexpression. A unique learner response system with the ability to text complete sentences and numerical responses.

With Activexpression everyone can enjoy the freedom of expression within the classroom.
