Hands-On With The New Nano

Gizmodo has the hands-on scoop on the new iPod Nano and, being an owner of the previous gen version myself, I’m personally interested in what the updated unit has to offer. For those of you who are concerned with the size and feel, here’s what Giz has to say:

The screens are almost exactly the same size if you turn the fat nano sideways. The new nano is as thick at the thickest point as the fat nano, but tapers off to either side to give an overall “more thin” feel. The back is aluminum so MUCH less scratchy (think 2nd gen nanos).

I’m a little concerned with the comments about the clickwheel. I’m comfortable enough with how it works on my iPod and it sounds like the new version has a bit of a learning curve involved to make proper use of it. As always, full details are at the source.
