Google Sics Gmail Labs On Us
Observant Gmail users should have noticed that Google has silently added a new link to its interface. The link will take you to Gmail Labs, where a bunch of new features will become available should you decide to participate. Since Gmail has been in beta since forever, the duration of your status as guinea pig is in question. But with Google being Google, there’s a good chance it will be worth your while.
For the Gmail Labs launch, Google has 13 features available for testing, so we’ll play with some of the notable ones. A few of these features were inspired by javascripts that modify Gmail’s behavior with Firefox’s popular Greasemonkey add-on. Others are uniquely home-grown on Google’s campus.
