Google Reader Expands Sharing Options
Google Reader is my personal RSS reader of choice and if you happen to be using the same, then you’ll be glad to know that you can now share shared items with your friends. The new feature was added recently and is customizable. You can share them with your Gmail chat contacts or create a list of your own. Either way, it’s going to be easier than ever to have people look at items that interest you. Of course, your friends have the freedom to do the same to you.
When you find interesting items on Reader, you can choose to share those items with your Gmail chat contacts or with a list of Friends you create. You can also add your own notes to your shared items. When you first begin sharing items, you’ll be asked to either create a list of Friends from existing chat contacts or to choose to share with all your current and future Gmail chat contacts.
Check out the source link for more information. It’s time to add even more subscriptions to your growing collection. Too much information? There’s no such thing.
