Gesture-Based Controls For The PC
Microsoft isn’t the only company that wants your hands off the touchscreen. Mgestyk Technologies is planning to release a system that will allow users to control their PCs using gestures. Here’s how it works:

The system is versatile enough to recognize arm and hand motions, so be prepared to flash a thumbs-up sign more often than usual if you’re planning to use this. There’s a slight delay between the gesture and the computer’s response. Depending on what you plan to do with it, that can be a minor annoyance or a big drawback. If they can work that problem out, then I’m sure a lot more will take notice.
