Email Often? Send Canned Responses
If you use email more often than others, then it’s likely that you have a few templates ready, the kind that you use when you have to send repetitive responses like quotes, product specs, newsletters and so on. Those of you who have to do this for a living are probably looking for a way to automate it somehow. Gmail is here to help by enabling canned responses.
If you’re sick of typing out the same reply every time someone emails you with a common question, now you can compose your reply once and save the message text with the “Canned responses” button. Later, you can open that same message and send it again and again.
You can customize more than just the actual response, so make sure you head to the source for more information. What is that you ask? No, Google doesn’t have anything that will make blogging an automated task—well, not yet anyway.
