Details On The New Zune

After a few posts speculating details about its portable media player, Microsoft decided to finally make it official. Here’s what you can expect from the sleeker, slimmer Zune.
…Zune owners will now be able to use the device’s built-in Wi-Fi to download songs.
Also new, the updated Zune will make recommendations based on the songs someone is listening to and there will also be new Zune “channels” programmed by experts and along themes like “work-out” music.
The hard-drive model will have 120 gigabytes of storage while the flash unit will have a capacity of 16gb. Prepare to shell out $249 USD for the former and $199 USD for the latter. An 8gb flash-based Zune will also become available. Expect prices for older models to drop as well.
