Dell Launches New Laptop Line

Dell is launching a new series of laptops for consumers. Called the Studio line, its goal is to reach a middle ground between the low-cost Inspiron series and the high-end XPS range. The laptops will run Windows Vista.

Studio 15 comes with a 15.4-in. screen, with prices starting at $799. Studio 17 comes with a 17-in. screen, with prices starting at $999. The laptops include dual-core Intel Core 2 Duo processors, support for up to 4GB of memory and up to 320GB of hard-drive storage.

Wireless support is an included option. The Studio laptops will also have custom software for its users such as a Dell Dock. Interested users can check out Dell’s website or their favorite retail stores for more information.
