Colgate Wants To Change Your Toothbrush
With the accessibility of modern technology, it’s easy to take a lot of things for granted. Cellphones, portable media players and flash drives tend to overshadow the relatively mundane tools we use daily. For example, take the humble toothbrush. Sure, the electric ones are available, but they fail to render manual ones obsolete. Why? Maybe it’s a simple matter of being unable to justify the cost with the convenience.
Today’s toothbrush, the Colgate 360º, is still a manual one, but the design of the bristles sets it apart from what you currently have. In fact, you’ve probably never seen something like this before. Here’s a description of how it feels like:
The bristles seemed to snuggle over my molars with a massaging hug. The bizarre rubbery bits inside the bristles made obvious and satisfying contact with the top of the tooth. And the strange, nubbly mat on the reverse side from the bristles gently scrubbed inside my cheek: double action!
I agree with the source that it does sound a bit risque, but maybe that’s the point. Like I said, this is about taking things for granted. Maybe this is what we need to pay more attention to how we brush.
